

They kept me on chat and phone support for over 1.5 hours, collecting multiple log files, making me provide them with multiple examples of transactions that didn't download from multiple accounts only to come back in the end and say that "since you've only provided us with 4 examples, and it doesn't seem to be happening often, we advise you to put the missing transactions in manually". I finally reached out to Quicken Chat Support on. For a while I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, and I'd come back and try to figure out what was happening.

There were always major inconsistencies between the online balances and my local downloaded balance. Without rhyme or reason, transactions would be left out of the download (credits, debits, small amounts, large amounts). Quicken Deluxe is OUTRAGEOUSLY BROKEN AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT WILL BLAME IT ON YOU! I subscribed to Quicken Deluxe for $60/year in November 2020 and from the beginning it inconsistently downloaded transactions from multiple banks that were linked via Express Web Connect and Express Web Connect +. Really!!!!!!!!! THE WORST no tech support on the planet IMHO. After asking for my problem to be escalated after spending another 90 min in chat and 30 min on the phone, it only took another 60 min on the phone waiting for her to process it and tell me I would get a call in 14 days. REALLY? Other than the issues with the program it runs well, but God help you if you need serious support for one of its issues, because it isn't their problem. So instead of calculating things from the date of mortgage start it does it from the day I enter it into QW. I can't setup my mortgage account because I didn't set it up when it started. But Quicken TS is adamant that it is a Chase problem even though one account is setup with direct connect. Chase doesn't know what Quicken is talking about. It tells me to contact Chase to activate it. REALLY? I have a problem setting up Direct Connect with 2 of my 3 Chase accounts. It is my fault because my data file is on my NAS and not my computer. When done it gives a popup to write a check or pay online etc. I have a problem with reconciling credit cards. The last 4 times I have been in a chat with them it will last for at least an hour and result is the same answer. I am running into a number if issues using QW.
